I was in a very bad financial situation I spoke with her explained my situation and she went above and beyond to help me not only to get a little money out of the refinance, but I have a mortgage that is not only interest driven, but my principle is being paid as well as the interest and kept my payment very close to what it was. The most honest advice I have ever received
After getting so much questionable advice from so many different sources, it was such a refreshing change to have a conversation with Tammy where she actually gave me the pro's and con's of how different mortgages worked and then actually gave me real advice as what to do to have the best chance at qualification for the best rate. It wasn't pie in the sky advice like what I got from the bank, however it was real, independent and honest advice.

Needless to say I gave Tammy my business, loan was approved 24 hours after application and cleared underwriting promptly thereafter. Unheard of right? Nope, not for Tammy, her track record is really impressive.
